Hospice is Quality, Compassionate Care
"There are no words to express the gratitude I have for Houston Hospice and the amazing work they do."
Stacey W.
"For some reason the word "hospice" always scared me and taking mom there after hospital was the most fearful experience I ever had. The minute we came to this place I realized how wrong I was and how perfect this place is as the last resort. Everbody from nurses, assistants and doctors are caring, wonderful humans not only for the patients but for the family members as well.
Thank you so much!"
Sofiya I.
What is hospice? It is a specialty of medical, emotional and spiritual care that is based on the belief that our lives matter until the very end.
As a nonprofit organization, our only focus is compassionate care for patients and their families.
Who We Are

Houston Hospice provides uncompromising, compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families in our community. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and community-based. We are committed to being the highest quality hospice provider wherever we serve patients and families.

What We Do

We provide care for patients who have life-limiting conditions. We focus on comfort measures for the patient and believe the care provided for family and loved ones is as important. Read More

We believe no one should live in pain or in fear of being alone. We use a team-oriented approach to medical care, pain management, and emotional and spiritual support tailored to each patient’s unique situation.
Care is tailored to meet each patient's unique needs and wishes in the location of the patient's choosing: at home, in an assisted living community, or for acute symptom control, in our welcoming and family-friendly Texas Medical Center inpatient care facility. Our promise: we're here for you, wherever you need us to be.

Testimonials - The most important recognition we receive is from the families we serve.
"All of the staff there from the Nurses, Doctors, to Chaplin ...are just great, plenty of room to visit, all smiling. Hope I am lucky enough to end up here for my final days. My little brother is there and he just can't say enough good things."
Roger L.
"This place is an absolute Godsend...rooms are better than other places we toured but staff is biggest asset by far. Wonderful, thoughtful and genuinely care about the patients and family. A blessing for those dealing with a tough situation. Eternally grateful for Houston Hospice."

"I could give compliment after compliment but I'll keep it short. If you are in the position to choose, this is the place for your loved one and family. All the staff were informative, gave my father the respect, care and dignity he deserved. It's clean, the outdoors are beautiful. I heard patients are taken to the garden if they choose. It's comfortable to stay in with your loved one. The nurses and staff are the best."
